The institute has employed highly qualified, experienced and enthusiastic faculty as per norms of AICTE. Experinced supporting staff both technical and administrative have been recruited. The institute is headed by Mr. Avtar Singh Gill, B.Sc. Malwa Polytechnic, Faridkot established in 2003, has completed four years of its existence. The graph of the achievements is rising with the passage of time. The Polytechnic now has grand building structure as per requirements. Laboratories and Workshops are equipped with latest machinery and equipments, which only few institutes can boast of. The far sighted management of Adesh Group is not only helping but encouraging in every way to put this Polytechnic amongst the best in the state. With the support from management and committed staff and hard work put by the students, the polytechnic students have got merit positions in the exam held by Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Chandigarh and in the state level sports competitions and also in competitions held in degree engineering collegees and festivals held by different organizations. The polytechnic has N.S.S. unit and is institutional member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).

Objective

The primary objective of the institute is to impart technical education at diploma level. Efforts are being made to prepare technicicans of a level comparable to the best in the country and to meet the present and future needs of the industry. Students apart form being prepared for industrial jobs are also trained for self-emplyement. Above all a sense of discipline is inculcated in the students making them responsible citizens.
