Training and Placement
In pursuance to its belief that corporate world demands more than academics, MPCF has established its Training and Placement Cell (T & P Cell) to groom the students to meet the corporate expectations. The industry institute experts give the students a cutting edge over others. The students pass through soft skill programmes like communication skills, interview skills, team building , motivation and attitudinal changes and other management skills. The T & P Cell has established personal contacts with the industry and other organisations.The cell has to its credit of placing almost all the first batch ( May-2006 ) pass out students of the Polytechnic. The cell also arrange for the industrial training of the students from 2nd semester onwards. Expert lectures, workshops, seminars, competitions etc. are arranged by the T & P Cell. With the concerted efforts of T & P Cell the following main companies have placement to the students of our Polytechnic.

Career Guidance Cell
The Career Guidance Cell creates awareness among the public and the students studying in the schools about the various technical, medical and other courses which they can choose after completing their school education. The Team under this cell visits various schools to guide the students.
Staff Development Cell
Teachers are required to go through different short terms courses and industrial training to update their knowledge and skill. The staff development cell arranges for such courses and training for staff.
Production & Maintenance Cell
The institute has its own production & maintenance cell. All the furniture and small equipments are manufactured in the institute. All repair work is also done at institute level.
