Introduction to Malwa Polytechnic, Faridkot
Adesh Foundation established Malwa Polytechnic, Faridkot on 20 Acre piece of land in 2003 for imparting technical education at diploma level in educationally backward region of Sadiq- Faridkot.
It is situated on Sadiq Road at 12 k.m. stone from Faridkot Bus Stand. It has a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It has well planned campus, having adequate buildings such as lecture halls, Drawing halls, Laboratories, Workshops and Library to meet the requirements of the students. Furter addition is being made as per need from time to time. Malwa Polytechnic is self-supporting and self- financed privately managed Institute by Adesh Group, a well known educational group of institutions.
The primary objective of the institute is to impart technical education at diploma level. Efforts are being made to prepare technicicans of a level comparable to the best in the country and to meet the present and future needs of the industry. Students apart form being prepared for industrial jobs are also trained for self-emplyement. Above all a sense of discipline is inculcated in the students making them responsible citizens.
